Brian Camozzi improved to 7-2 and left Resurrection Fighting Alliance 43 with the welterweight title Friday night, besting Nick Barnes with a first round guillotine choke.
Gabriel Checco, Zac Riley, Cory Sandhagen, Josh Wick and Alonzo Menifield also picked up wins.
Main Event – Welterweight Title Fight – Brian Camozzi (7-2) submitted Nick Barnes (11-2) with a guillotine choke at 1:40 in the first round.
Co-Main Event – Middleweight Fight – Gabriel Checco (10-2) caught Adam Stroup (10-4) in a kneebar to with by submission at 2:32 in round three.
Bantamweight Fight – Zac Riley (5-3) defeated Boston Salmon (5-1) by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28).
Featherweight Fight –. Cory Sandhagen (5-0) scored a unanimous decision victory over Clay Wimer (6-2) (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
Featherweight Fight – Josh Wick (6-2) landed an armbar to defeat Jon Wyderko (2-1) by submission at 3:15 in the second round.
Light Heavyweight Fight – Alonzo Menifield (2-0) knocked out. Brock Combs (1-2) via punches at 0:20 in round two.
